Benzydamine hydrochloride mouthwash is used to relieve pain and inflammation in the mouth and throat. It's a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for inflammation and pain. The mouthwash is typically used for conditions like sore throats, mouth ulcers, and pain after dental surgery. 

Benzydamine hydrochloride inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are involved in inflammation and pain.

This helps to reduce swelling, redness, and pain in the affected area. 

Uses:

sore throats, mouth ulcers, pain after dental surgery, discomfort caused by dentures, and inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat. 

How to use:
Rinse or gargle with 15 ml of the mouthwash for 20-30 seconds. 

Spit out the solution after rinsing or gargling, do not swallow. 

Use every 1-3 hours as needed or as directed by a doctor. 

If a burning sensation occurs, dilute with an equal volume of water.

Chlorhexidine gluconate oral rinse is used to treat gingivitis (swelling, redness, bleeding gums). Chlorhexidine gluconate is usually prescribed by a dentist.
